Women's Circles with Heart & Soul
Welcome - I am Karen.
Women's Circles are a precious hour in a confidential and safe space online.
Open to any women or girls 16 and over. It is connected to our spirituality but is not a religious circle, and all women are welcome. The wisdom of all ages is welcomed.
You get to experience a wondrous hour and benefit from my background skills as a professional Art Therapist and Counsellor.
The Circles are not therapy, but are therapeutic in that there is self-reflection, self-insight or discovery. It is about feeding the soul, which makes us feel alive.
In our fast paced world, space and time for women to connect can be challenging.
I am hoping that you can join from wherever you are when they are offered again.
No experience necessary.
PREPARATION
All you need is a quiet space (or use headphones or ear buds), journal or art and note paper.
Felt pens and/or crayons, (or simple water paints), for simple expressive impressions, writing pen, and a cuppa.
Settle yourself comfortably. It is important that you feel relaxed. Have on hand a shawl or rug as sometimes the very act of slowing of breath and relaxing can make your body temperature drop a little.
Tools used within a Circle can include some or all: gentle inner journeying to drum accompaniment, writing or drawing your impressions of some poetry/prose/music, mindfulness meditation, studying an oracle affirmation or sharing on a theme. All Circles are unique and I encourage you to have a cuppa or water on hand.
Courtesy, confidentiality and encouragement are applicable to Circle participants.
No recording is permitted and no recording is made as the Circle is a sacred space.

FUN with Art and Soul. Mixing art with a little bit of soul as we express responses to a story/poem/music and be surprised by an inner discovery.
A fun, creative, nourishing and nurturing circle for women. $55 pp

Felt pens and/or crayons, (or simple water paints), for simple expressive impressions, writing pen, and a cuppa. You might like to have a candle or special crystals nearby. Settle yourself comfortably. It is important that you feel relaxed. Have on hand a shawl or rug as sometimes the very act of slowing of breath and relaxing can make your body temperature drop a little.
