Welcome to a heartwarming journey of creativity and connection, where mothers and daughters of all ages embark on a magical session of exploration using creative processes to create special memories and re-connection.
Located in a private studio and garden at Springwood in the Blue Mountains.
In this serene sanctuary, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, we invite you to embrace the joy of reconnection and the beauty of shared moments. Led by Karen, a professional Art and Sandplay Therapist, this experience is crafted to celebrate the unique bond between mother and daughter.
As you step into our tranquil space, you'll feel the gentle embrace of creativity enveloping you. Together, you'll immerse yourselves in the therapeutic yet delightful world of painting Art and Sandplay, or Sandplay and gentle meditative Journeying for mothers and older or adult daughters. Through strokes of vibrant colours on canvas and pictures in the sand, or a sharing a beautiful meditative visual journey, you'll weave stories of love, care, and understanding.
Guided by the gentle encouragement of your facilitator Karen, you'll embark on a journey of self-expression, revealing snippets of your souls through the language of art. Each brushstroke and every grain of sand becomes a canvas for emotions, allowing you to connect with each other in a profound and meaningful way.
This is more than just a creative experience or workshop; it's a celebration of the unique bond between mother and daughter, a sacred space where memories are crafted and cherished. In this hour of togetherness, you'll create moments that will be etched in your hearts forever.

Each of the experiences* takes you on a magical and transformative journey into a realm of wonder and connection.
IMPORTANT: As in the little movie on this page, the studio is situated in a private garden. Participants must be able to navigate uneven terrain and 3 steps up into studio.
*therapeutic but not therapy. No suggestions or problem solving will be given. Therapy sessions are booked separately for individuals.
For mother and young daughter 7 years to young teen
Current availability includes some Saturdays at 2pm, 4pm or Wed/Thurs 7pm.

Enchanted Journey $247
60 mins - includes mother & daughter An extended time to create memories within a connecting experience for mother and daughter in both painting, and in conversation without words using the sand tray and the objects and figurines in the room. Can create a sense of calm, wonder and insight into each other. for the child.
For mother and adult daughter

75 mins - includes mother & daughter An extended time to create memories within a connecting experience for mother and daughter in both painting, and in conversation without words using the sand tray and the objects and figurines in the room. Can create a sense of calm, wonder and insight into each other. Includes take home canvasses and a gift pack for the child.
Each participant, (both mother and daughter), receives a small gift on completion of Mother/Daughter Creating Memories & Re-Connection session to remember the special time that they shared together.
